O futuro é uma forma verbal comumente utilizada para expressar eventos que ainda não aconteceram, estando estes situados depois do ato de fala, ou da escrita. O futuro simples em inglês é construído pelo verbo modal ou auxiliar will, ou pelo menos comum shall, seguido do verbo principal no infinitivo, sem to.
O simple future é formado da seguinte maneira:
WILL + verbo
Os usos mais comuns são:
1- Falar sobre uma decisão que está sendo tomada no momento da fala.
* I’ll give you the money right now. (Eu te darei o dinheiro agora mesmo).
2- Fazer uma oferta.
* I’ll get the money. (Eu darei o dinheiro).
3- Fazer uma predição sobre o futuro.
* Igor will be very rich. (Igor será muito rico).
4- Fazer um pedido.
* Will you ask Leo to be quiet? (Quer pedir ao Leo para ficar quieto?).
5- Recusar alguma coisa.
* No, I won’t ask him to be quiet. (Não, eu não pedirei a ele para ficar quieto).
6- Fazer uma promessa, ameaça, dar um aviso ou um comando.
* I’ll call the teacher. (Eu chamarei o professor).
7- Fazer um convite.
*Will you study with us this afternoon/ ? (Quer estudar conosco hoje a tarde?).

• We will call Lara now. (Nós ligaremos para a Lara agora).
• Will Selma cook for us? (A Selma cozinhará para nós?).
• I won't go to the supermarket. (Eu não irei ao supermercado).
• We shall never give up. (Nós não devemos desistir nunca).
. We will never give up. ( Nós nunca desistiremos)
. Amanda and Rebeca won’t buy a Ferrari. ( Amanda e Rebeca não comprarão uma Ferrari)
. Morumbi won’t be the World Cup Stadium. ( O Morumbi não sera o Estádio da Copa)
. Karoline Will be very rich in Five years. ( Karoline será muito rica em 5 anos)
.Will Thais buy a car for her teacher? ( A Thais comprará um carro para o professor dela?
. She won’t buy a car . She will buy a bus ticket. ( Ela não comprará um carro. Ela comprará uma passagem de ônibus.
